We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and management of communications initiatives, working closely with team members to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms. - Develop, edit, and manage internal and external communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
- Coordinate communication campaigns and ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with departments to gather content and provide consistent messaging.
- Support media relations efforts by drafting pitches and managing media lists.
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics and analyze engagement results.
- Assist with event planning and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication across all channels.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills Required:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of media relations and experience with press outreach is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
