Title: Test Data Specialist
Starting Pay: $56
Location: Remote (AZ)
W2 only, no C2C or third parties.
Duration: C2H; 3 months Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:

• Created and managed data for all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle to support testing activities
• Planned, organized, and provisioned test data for Vendor Managed and Legacy applications
• Collaborated with multiple departments to define test data needs based on business requirements
• Extracted, imported, and exported test data in various formats
• Took ownership of test data for functional and non-functional testing
• Served as a subject matter expert on test data for testing and development teams
• Improved test data processes by automating manual tasks and optimizing based on project lessons
• Provided guidance, training, and mentoring on test data management
• Developed reusable templates and ensured adherence to test data policies with the Governance & Standards Lead
• Conducted data auditing and supported governance and data architecture processes
• Worked with the Test Lead on test data requirements and defect resolution
• Defined and executed the test data management strategy roadmap with management
• Supported test planning, design, preparation, and execution activities
• Mitigated risks and resolved test data inconsistencies, performed data reconciliations
• Coordinated with Enterprise teams for de-identified test data acquisition and setup in non-prod environments
• Validated data consistency and implemented test data backup plans.

Desired Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 3 years of experience working in healthcare-related systems as a QA specialist
• Healthcare EDI/HL7 experience.
• Healthcare EDI files (270/271/834/835/837)
