Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, marketing, strategy, or consulting roles
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with high attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in eCommerce, grocery, or CPG merchandising
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL
