POSITION SUMMARY :

As an eCommerce Analyst you willgatheranalyzeand presentdata related tooureCommerce. You willplay a vital rolebyprovidingactionable insights thatoptimizemarketing strategies enhance sales performance and inform business decisions to help growoureCommerce closelywith our National Account ManagersDigital Retail Media manager and Operationsandplay a keyrolein coordinatingimplementingand trackingpromotions. You shouldbe someoneeager to take the next step inyourcareer and to drive best-in-class business analytics.

Essential Job Function :

• Data Analysis & Reporting : Collect analyze and interpret data from multiple sources includingAmazonVendorCentral Bi SystemsSocialMediaplatforms Market Data toolsexternalmarketingtoolsand email campaigns. Develop andmaintaindashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) andprovideregular insights to stakeholders.
• Sales & Metrics Tracking : Monitor and report onthings likeeCommercesales traffic userengagement and conversion rates.
• Ad Hoc AnalysisSupport : Supportad hocrequestforanalysis and insightsin to be able to findthe relevant data clean it up and provide insights at a fast pace whether the tool is ExcelBiora database.
• Promotions Management : Coordinate theexecution and maintenance ofeCommerceand multi-channel the playbook and track the effectiveness of promotions andreport onresults.
• Collaboration & Communication : Work with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and IT to implement data-driven strategies. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
• Aspire to help build world-class insights capabilities rooted in deep consumer understanding : Work with IT and business owners to enhance the data foundation to support analysis and recommendations that drive growth in oureCommercebusinesses (AmazonD2Cand other online revenue channels).
• Directly support theECommerceLeadershipteam : ProvideeCommercebusiness analysis ad hoc tasksreportsand presentations.
• Master the data : Work independently withlargesometimes disparatedatasets to create data solutions. Correlate synthesizevalidateunderstandand report operational customer engagement quantitative and qualitative data points toidentifykey insights and trends.

This role will get visibility into many parts of the Implus organization and have a voice in key discussionswithin the team as well as with executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications : Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Proven experience asanECommerceor FinancialAnalyst or in a similar role .
