Equity Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Equity Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support ongoing administration of global equity plans and manage equity events

Optimize customer service for equity ticketing escalations

Collaborate on equity award-related projects and maintain data integrity

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in stock plan administration at a publicly traded company

Understanding of global equity operations and taxation

Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex concepts

Proficient in Excel and familiarity with equity platforms

Working towards or holding a CEP designation is preferred
