Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction

gpac is pleased to partner with a well-established company in the commercial construction industry to fill the position of Traveling Superintendent. This is an amazing and exciting opportunity for an experienced Superintendent to join an excellent management team and company culture. The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for leading the field operations of commercial construction projects and providing on-site coordination with the client and subcontractors.

The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, and directing the construction project
- Providing leadership and guidance to the construction team
- Creating and managing the construction project budget
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
- Ensuring compliance with all building code and industry regulations
- Conducting regular project meetings
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Essential job functions of the Traveling Superintendent include:
- Extensive knowledge of commercial construction techniques
- Self-motivation and confidence to lead on-site teams
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and other industry documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

The ideal Traveling Superintendent will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Salary for this position is competitive and will range from $105,000 to $140,000, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, truck, bonus, etc.
