Job Description :

The Construction Specialist will engage in a variety of tasks, including :

• Assisting with pre-bid site visits and reviewing essential documents.
• Evaluating complex proposals while researching labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Developing preliminary project schedules and General Conditions based on bidding requirements.
• Collaborating effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients for seamless project execution.
• Preparing and reviewing construction documents, as well as responding to RFIs to streamline communication on-site.
• Conducting inspections to maintain high Quality Control standards.
• Working alongside Health and Safety professionals to evaluate subcontractor safety performance metrics.
• Assisting the Project Manager with contract close-out procedures and efforts to ensure client satisfaction.
• Facilitating project advancements through collaboration with VDC and BIM teams.

Location : The position is based in California - Rancho Cucamonga.

Pay Range : $81,245 - $134,077, based on experience and geographic location.
