Rotational Program Overview

A EDP is a 3-year rotational program designed for entry level hires to explore up to three different design centers in their first three years with American Structurepoint.

  • Develop Well-Rounded Engineers through rotations across our Road group and Indianapolis Ohio Florida / Texas
  • Gain Exposure to Regional Projects and varying client needs
  • Understand the Full Project Lifecycle from design to field implementation
  • Build Cross-Office Collaboration Skills with teams across design centers and job sites
  • Prepare Future Project Leaders with diverse real-world experience
  • Enhance Engagement & Retention by aligning strengths with roles and locations

    • Responsibilities

    What you will do :

  • Contribute to roadway designs layout alignments create typical sections site assessment and engineering report development.
  • Creating construction plan sets in MicroStation ORD CAD Program
  • Prepare design calculation documentation
  • Develop construction cost estimates
  • Different projects would include Roundabouts Urban Roads Rural Roads and Large Interstate Improvements
  • Work is completed in the office with occasional site visits
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

    Who you are :

  • Students majoring in any of the following disciplines : Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Construction Engineering Land Survey or Structural Engineering or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
  • Reliable transportation to and from office location
  • Strong work ethic willingness to learn and try new things
  • Graduating in December 2025 or May / June 2026
