Job Description
About Ram Jack
We’ve been fixing foundations, lifting concrete, and keeping buildings stable for more than 25 years. From mountain slopes to coastal sites, we deliver practical, long-term solutions across residential and commercial projects built for the region’s unique conditions. The work isn’t flashy, it’s underground, but it matters - a lot. A foundation sets the tone for everything above it, and because foundation problems are often hidden, we take pride in finding the real problem, explaining it clearly, and doing the job right so people can trust what they can’t see.
How You’ll Contribute
You’ll help lift and stabilize structures and handle the tough physical work that protects homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure from long-term damage. It’s demanding work that builds real skill over time. We’ll train you to do it right, as long as you’re willing to put in the effort and can meet the insurance requirements needed to drive company vehicles on commercial and military sites.
What You'll Get To Do
- Create safe, efficient job setups by driving a box truck and pulling a trailer to transport materials and equipment. This role is approximately 80% labor and 20% driving.
- Help lift and stabilize foundations by digging, setting up equipment, and working in crawlspaces and basements.
- Help stop settlement and restore foundation strength by driving supports deep into stable ground with lifting tools and machinery.
- Build lasting protection by installing waterproofing systems that keep basements and crawlspaces dry.
- Work with a seasoned crew that’s been together for years. They know their stuff, care about doing solid work, and are quick to help anyone willing to learn.
