[job_card.job_description]Ensures adequate and qualified staffing for the department (staff hiring, orientation, competency, training, performance feedback and performance management) Sets and executes department strategies to meet goals Oversees the financial operation for the laboratory by monitoring resource utilization, identifying variances and opportunities Assures compliance with standards set forth by CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, FDA and CMS Manages key vendor relationships and supply contracts Monitors and evaluates staff and provides management, coaching, and guidance
DESCRIPTION
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, no weekends
- 500-bed medical center
