A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

In this position, you communicate with our customers and with dispatch to help ensure our operations run smoothly. You answer inbound phone calls cheerfully, discussing the customer's needs and answering any questions with ease. Additionally, you make outbound phone calls to clients, returning missed calls and following up on completed services.

As you interact with our customers, you keep an open line of communication with dispatch about the needs of each person so that technicians can be dispatched to each job accordingly. Additionally, you keep detailed notes during each phone call with clients to help improve the quality of our customer service. You love working with our customers and take pride in the part you play in our success!

SCHEDULE

During the initial training period, the schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM. After 90 days, the regular schedule will transition to include a Saturday shift.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency
