Vendor Management Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Management Supervisor to join our team in Scottsdale. In this role, you will lead supplier onboarding and vendor master data operations, supporting the organization's transition to SAP S / 4HANA and Ariba. You will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of four Analysts, ensuring effective workload distribution, quality oversight, and guidance. Acting as the primary liaison between Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Registration, Site Operations, and external suppliers, you will manage escalations for vendor issues, exceptions, and cross-functional inquiries. Additionally, you will conduct training for new analysts, onboard team members quickly, and oversee complete vendor setup and maintenance across SAP S / 4HANA, SAP Fiori apps, and third-party vendor management systems. This role also involves facilitating supplier calls to troubleshoot onboarding challenges and clarify requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient vendor management processes.
