Shift: Varies — 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, 7:30 AM–4 PM, or 8:30 AM–5 PM (Monday–Friday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to support daily front-office operations and ensure a positive patient experience. The role involves:
- Managing patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and obtaining required documentation
- Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone with a professional and compassionate demeanor
- Conducting patient outreach calls to schedule appointments, including preventive care and follow-ups
- Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments while maintaining accurate records
- Meeting outreach, scheduling, and preventive care quality targets
- Serving as a primary resource for resolving patient inquiries or concerns
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations
- Coordinating with clinical teams to support patient flow and operational efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records in EHR systems
- Supporting training and onboarding of new patient service staff
- Generating reports and assisting with operational improvement projects
