Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: $200,000–$300,000/year

• Location-Specific Incentives:

  $15,000 sign-on bonus

  $10,000 relocation stipend

  Implant training available

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centered dental team with strong clinical judgment

• Ensure high-quality, ethical dental care

• Perform full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions

• Present and explain treatment plan options

• Deliver efficient, high-quality clinical treatments

• Maintain budget awareness and collaborate with Operations to meet financial goals

• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental team members

• Stay current through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
