CNC Programmer / Mold Maker — Injection Molding

About the Role
Lead CNC programming and mold design / repair for plastic injection molds , jigs, and fixtures. You’ll program toolpaths, redesign components for longevity, and drive continuous improvement in a busy tooling group.
What You’ll Do
- Program CNC mills / lathes / EDM ( Mastercam / SolidWorks preferred)
- Perform mold design, repair, and improvements ; reverse engineering
- Plan sequences / operations; estimate cycle / process time
- Create and maintain CNC files / data ; train peers on CNC basics
- Collaborate with production planning and engineering on standards

Loud manufacturing environment; hearing PPE required; exposure to moving mechanical parts / fumes / heat.
