Salary : 47500

The Residential Supervisor oversees department managers to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. They train, mentor, and support staff to maintain person-centered practices and ensure safety for individuals in their homes and community.

• Responsibilities :
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies in assigned programs.
• Supervise, train, and advocate for staff to improve the quality of life for individuals supported.
• Conduct regular visits and oversee medication management.
• Review and approve staff time / PTO, evaluations, and audits promptly.
• Promote community involvement and provide support with daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of information.
• Participate in team meetings and follow agency policies and procedures.
• Assist with House Manager / DSP duties as needed.
• Treat individuals supported with respect at all times.
• Qualifications :
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, 1+ year in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Class D Driver license for the State of Tennessee.
• Current CPR / First Aid Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class D Driver license for State of Tennessee
• Required Skills :
• High integrity and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train staff, and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and planning abilities.
• Work Environment / Conditions :

The position requires flexibility in hours, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and travel to events or meetings. On-call availability may be necessary.
