JOB DETAILS

Pay Rate : $20.00 - $22 an hour plus additional $1.50 an hour shift differential

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Loader will be responsible for loading trucks using overhead cranes and forklifts using order set verification
  • Load trucks and trailers with various steel material
  • Must be flexible with hours needed to work Essential Functions
  • Checking off material to load on a trailer
  • Assist in the department as needed general helper work
  • Wear the proper safety equipment

Qualifications :

  • Crane and Forklift Skills
  • One-year experience loading with forklift / crane
  • One year experience using propane / diesel forklift
  • Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds on a continual basis above the shoulder height and below the waist
  • Candidate must be able to work at heights over 5 / 10 ft
  • A Highschool diploma or equivalent is required

    This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours 10 hours and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
