Job Title : Process Operations Manager

Hourly Pay : $42 - $70 / hour

Summary :

We are seeking a Process Operations Manager to lead initiatives focused on improving business workflows and operational efficiency. In this role, you will analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions that drive productivity. If you’re highly analytical with a passion for operational excellence, this is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and improve workflows across departments to optimize performance

Design and implement process strategies that eliminate inefficiencies

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Collaborate with teams to understand operational challenges and drive improvements

    • Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness

    Conduct audits and recommend solutions for performance gaps

  • Manage cross-functional improvement projects from planning through execution

    • Develop and maintain SOPs and workflow documentation

    Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and outcomes

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process optimization or operations management
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

    • Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills

    Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving change

    Proficiency in BPM tools and project management software

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
