As a Security Officer - Healthcare Campus Patrol Driver in Oakdale, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated healthcare areas to help foster a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This primarily driving post involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

  • Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist visitors, staff, and patients with directions and information as needed, while maintaining professionalism.
  • Support emergency response activities and assist in implementing site-specific emergency procedures when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to address security-related concerns and contribute to a welcoming environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
