Position Title : Pipelayer / Topman (Utilities Team)

Location : Whitestown, IN

Job Type : Full-time

We are expanding our utilities team and are seeking dedicated Pipelayers and Topmen to join us. Multiple positions are available for individuals with a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and a passion for contributing to the successful completion of site development projects.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Laying Pipe Sections : Accurately and efficiently install pipe sections for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems.
• Setting Manholes & Finishing Structures : Install and finish manholes, catch basins, and other underground structures.
• Checking Elevations : Ensure that pipe and structure elevations are in compliance with project specifications.
• Shoveling & Sweeping : Assist with manual tasks such as shoveling or sweeping of materials to maintain a clean worksite.
• Operating Equipment : Safely operate air hammers, pumps, compactors, saws, and other small tools as needed for tasks.
• Working Independently : Perform tasks productively with minimal supervision, while ensuring quality and safety.
• Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with fellow workers in a team setting to achieve project goals.
• Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management to support project completion.
