Salary: $13 - $16 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide In-home care services as needed
• Provides direction to Caregivers.
• Conducts in-person training for Caregivers.
• Conducts Client Supervisory Visits
• Conducts Client & Caregiver Check ins.
• Accurately maintains and completes filling in client/employee records as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients, employees and other company related information.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
• Attends appropriate staff meetings.
• Participates in Client-Caregiver introductions.
• Perform the duties of a caregiver in a stand-in capacity.
• Participates engagement events/activities.
• Report any changes to client’s health, needs or living conditions.
• Communicate with client & client families in a respectful manner.
• Treat client and client’s property with respect
• Chart in SmartCare
• Complete Trainings and Orientations

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

• 30 WPM and knowledge of Microsoft office
• Pleasant and customer-friendly, self-starter, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently on your own

• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day

• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends

• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 6 months)

• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

• Supportive and compassionate

• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Experience as a Caregiver

• Take pride in providing high-quality care

• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
