Accounting Coordinator

Our growing real estate client in Scottsdale is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to fully own the A/P and A/R function across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. What You'll Do

• Coordinate full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Process utility payments, allocations, and tenant chargebacks
• Handle sales and use tax filings, registrations, and compliance
• Maintain W-9s and complete year-end 1099 reporting
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly AR reporting
• Support budgeting, financial statements, and audit activities
• Collaborate closely with leadership in a lean, fast-paced environment

Requirements What We're Looking For

• Real estate industry accounting experience (required)
• Yardi proficiency (required)
• Strong Accounts Payable background (A/R training provided if needed)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the function
