Assist with data entry processes involving vendor and customer invoices

Assessment for this role will be: CV, competency based interview and job based testing.

This position has arisen due to continued growth in the Company. This is a basic data entry beginning position for a state entry level candidate, no experience required with potential to advance. Good IT, verbal and written communication skills are essential to the role as well as a high ability to solve problems combined with excellent follow-up skills. Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with the customers, including resolution of disputes, as well as the US teams are also essential. Furthermore, good attention to detail, accuracy and arithmetic skills, combined with good time management skills to effectively meet the financial and operational KPIs, are also essential for this job role.
