Studio Producer

SUMMARY:

The studio producer works closely with the creative team to assist with planning and execution of marketing campaign photo/video shoots. They have a high attention to detail with an interest in content production. They are someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at multitasking and wrangling competing deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works to achieve high productivity and quality of photography by continuing to streamline workflow in order to support studio initiatives and projects.
• Determines weekly shoot schedule, including staff, models, and freelancers, and coordinate and book talent to be used in photo shoots and short form video productions
• Track sample availability and ensure items are ready for shoot day.
• Secure all travel arrangements, locations, insurance, and permits as needed.
• Generate shoot cost estimates.
• Research and purchase supplies/props necessary for project execution while maintaining their organization in storage
• Manage photoshoot budget and reconcile all shoot related billing and expenses execution in a timely manner
• Keep content production schedules up to date and carry out administrative tasks as needed
• Support color street’s studio team with everyday job functions as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree of higher in Photography or related creative field
• 6+ years’ experience in studio-based Photography; both on figure and tabletop.
• 3+ years management experience
• Working knowledge of studio photo shoots
• Must be proficient on MAC platform.
• Ability and desire to learn software to assist in the management of samples
• Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
