Come be a part of our journey! / ppWere looking for a Senior Stock Administrator to help build and manage a world-class global equity program as ClickHouse continues to scale and prepare for public-company readiness. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our global equity plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience. Youll partner closely with Legal, Finance, and People teams to manage all aspects of stock plan operations and support a fast-paced, growing organization through its next phase of maturity. / ppWhat Youll Be Doing / pulliAdminister ClickHouses global equity programs, including option grants, RSU releases, exercises, cancellations, and related transactions. / liliManage and maintain accurate equity data within our equity management platform (e.g., Carta or similar). / liliPartner with Payroll, Legal, Tax, and Accounting to ensure timely and compliant processing of equity transactions, including tax withholding and reporting. / liliSupport global employees and stakeholders by providing timely, high-quality customer service and education on equity-related matters. / liliPrepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly equity reports, including share activity, expense accruals, and outstanding balances. / liliEnsure compliance with global tax, legal, and securities regulations across all jurisdictions where equity is granted. / liliCollaborate with Accounting on stock-based compensation reporting and audit support, including PBC requests and reconciliations. / liliAssist in maintaining accurate records of equity authorizations, share pools, and plan usage for internal and board reporting. / liliSupport process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy of equity administration. / liliContribute to the design and delivery of employee equity education programs and communication materials. / liliAssist with secondary transactions, mobility tracking, and compliance as the company expands internationally. / li / ulpWhat You Bring Along / pulli58 years of experience in global equity administration for high-growth private or public technology companies. / liliCEP Level II certification required; Level III preferred. / liliDeep knowledge of global equity plans, including options, RSUs, and related tax and reporting requirements. / liliStrong understanding of stock-based compensation accounting concepts and U.S. GAAP (ASC 718). / liliHands-on experience with equity management platforms such as Carta, Shareworks or Equity Edge. / liliProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical and reconciliation skills. / liliDetail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. / liliProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and People teams. / liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly. / liliBachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required. / li / ulpThe typical starting salary for this role in the US is $90,100 - $156,000 USD / ppThe typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is $106,000 - $183,000 USD / ppFor roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above.
