Order Management & Systems Experience
1. What experience do you have managing customer orders in an aerospace or manufacturing environment?

3. Can you walk me through your process for entering and tracking a customer order from receipt to delivery?
4. How do you handle changes to customer orders, such as quantity adjustments or expedited requests?
5. Do you have experience with Warranty/Maintenance agreements disposition?
Aerospace Industry Knowledge
6. Have you worked with aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers? If so, which ones?
7. Are you familiar with aerospace documentation requirements such as Certificates of Conformance (CoC), packing slips, or export compliance?
