Logistics Coordinator

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage vehicle deliveries and logistics assignments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate vehicle deliveries and logistics assignments, resolving escalations and maintaining communication with stakeholders

Manage inbound calls, tasks, chats, and other critical functions pertinent to the Logistics team

Provide level 2 support to specialists, overseeing services and escalating issues as necessary

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing environment

Ability to handle high call volume and maintain composure under pressure

Must provide a secluded, uninterrupted workspace

Access to a reliable Internet connection with specified minimum speeds
