Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including telephone and email
Gain knowledge of prescriptions, plans, products, services, and procedures relevant to the Line of Business
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related industry
Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic browser settings
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to manage multiple software programs simultaneously
