Your Role - Create Memorable Experiences

As a Dining Operations Manager, you're not just overseeing a restaurant; you're guiding a team while ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone who steps through our doors. You will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring that our guests and team members feel our commitment to serving not just meals, but heartfelt hospitality. You will coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and set the standard for the quality of service that has made us a beloved destination.

• Is skilled in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from kitchen dynamics to front-end service.

• Can balance operational excellence with compassionate leadership.

• Remains calm under pressure and inspires your team during busy periods.

• Believes that teamwork in hospitality begins with strong, supportive leadership.

• Brings 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience, including 1 year with Cracker Barrel.

• Can commit to working 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as necessary.

• Possesses a valid driver's license.
