Our agency has proudly thrived for 7 years, fueled by a passionate team of 4 full-time and 2 part-time members who bring energy and dedication every day.

My journey began as a team member while I was still in college. Before becoming an agent, I gained invaluable experience working at the corporate office as an Agency Field Specialist, where I helped launch the company’s internal sales and escalation teams. I also hold a securities license along with the prestigious CLU & ChFC designations, ensuring expert guidance for our clients.

Giving back is at the heart of everything we do — we regularly support local non-profits and invest in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Becky Ledbetter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
