A company is looking for a Senior Database Engineer responsible for the design, planning, performance, modifications, and overall maintenance of database structures.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and modify existing databases to meet business needs
Develop database strategies to ensure optimal performance and functionality
Establish and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Six years of related experience
Certified in one or more industry-standard databases
Expert knowledge of SQL and database theory / design
Experience in storage technology and network management
