As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional care and support to help them achieve their maximum potential.

Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function

Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to patients of all ages and abilities

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements :

Licenses / Certifications : Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Florida (License #30212886)

Experience : 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent)

What We Offer :

Compensation : $80 - $120 BI_WEEKLY (negotiable based on experience)
