Job Description

As a Security Professional - Clinic Patrol Driver in Fishersville, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related issues as they arise.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support compliance with facility policies.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance needs according to site protocols.
  • Collaborate with staff and emergency personnel during incidents and / or drills, providing support as needed within the healthcare environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required, as requested by the client.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
