Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Quality Engineer role in Cincinnati, OH. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a strong commitment to delivering the highest-quality products. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures to ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze production and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and validations of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications (e.g., ISO, GMPs, or industry-specific standards).
- Support new product introductions and process changes with risk assessments and quality planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to quality performance and investigations.
- Assist with supplier quality management, including evaluations and corrective actions when needed.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
