A company is looking for a Document Control Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and utilize the Document Management System, managing workflows, transmittals, and electronic filing
Manage electronic and hard copy filing of project-related documentation and provide status reports to Project Managers
Train users on the DMS and act as a subject matter expert for project-related document control
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, technical, engineering, construction management, document management, or related field
Level 1 : 5-10 years of relevant experience; Level 2 : 10-15 years; Level 3 : 15+ years
Must possess a valid driver's license
Proven experience with construction document control and management practices
Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (Level 1 preferred, Level 2 & 3 required)
