Position Summary

The MEP Cost Engineer will work within the Cost Management department and will report directly to the Cost Manager or Project Manager. They will work closely with the Construction Managers and Superintendents. The MEP Cost Engineer will analyze project design and construction documents to determine the needs of the project, review all MEP cost proposals, and prepare cost estimates for MEP scope changes. This position will be fully at the project site.

This is a discipline specific role competency and expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and / or Process-related construction is required. Candidate must be able to demonstrate qualifications, experience and education pertaining to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power distribution, lighting, wastewater and / or process piping across commercial, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Salary Range : $88,400.00 - $114,400.00 Annually Depending on Experience and Qualifications
