Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in a small business or creative studio-AP/AR, payroll, contracts, logistics, the whole package
• Solid QuickBooks skills-you'll own daily bookkeeping and follow through quickly
• Clear, professional communication-polished, concise, and error-free
• Comfort with Notion, StageForce, and Connecteam
• A proactive approach-you close loops quickly and catch things before they slip
