(Hiring Immediately Child Development Coaching Entry-Level)

My Gym Childrens Fitness Center is looking for energetic, positive individuals to join our team as Kids Gym Instructors / Activity Leaders . This role is active, fun, and meaningful you help children build confidence, strength, and social skills through structured play and fitness.

Responsibilities

  • Teach childrens fitness classes, preschool programs, and parent / child classes
  • Lead activities, songs, games, and movement routines
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers
  • Host birthday parties and special events (tips included!)
  • Ensure a clean, safe, healthy environment
  • Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the team

    • What Were Looking For

  • High-energy, friendly, and comfortable engaging with kids
  • Reliable communicator with strong teamwork skills
  • Confident performing, speaking, or leading in front of groups
  • Ability to work 25+ hours per week , including weekends
  • Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining safety standards
  • Experience in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theatre, or early childhood education is a big plus
