Salary : $20-$25 an hour

Dumpster Driver Junk Out

$20$25 per hour Full-Time No CDL Required

Junk Out is growing, and were looking for a dependable, safety-minded Dumpster Driver to join our team. If you take pride in operating equipment carefully, staying on schedule, and communicating clearly, this role is for you. We provide all training including how to use our hook-lift system and offer a supportive environment where reliability and hard work are rewarded.

What Youll Do

  • Drive a truck safely and professionally (sometimes for extended periods)
  • Operate hydraulic hook-lift equipment
  • Complete thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Communicate with the office throughout the day
  • Follow all applicable safety laws and Junk Out procedures
  • Use an iPad efficiently to track jobs and complete digital logs
  • Accurately record information on weight slips
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at every stop

  • Practical problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina for occasional climbing, tarping, or outdoor tasks

    • Nice-to-Have Experience

    (Not required we will train the right person.)

  • Operating hook-lift or similar hydraulic equipment
  • Communicating with a dispatcher or office while on route
  • Work involving spatial awareness or maneuvering equipment in tight spaces
