Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and cleaning of surfaces prior to coating application
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment in the work area
• Operate basic tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support coating application processes under supervision
• Perform routine quality checks and report any issues
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
