Associate Attorney - Product Liability & Warranty Defense

Note: This position offers a hybrid work schedule based in Costa Mesa or Torrence, CA.

Job Description

• Handle litigation matters related to consumer warranty and product liability defense (Lemon Law)
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and settlement conferences
• Collaborate with other attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• 2+ years of experience in warranty or product liability litigation
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset
