ABA Therapist - Early Intervention- BRONX

Certified Special Education Teachers

All Boroughs

Up to $70-$85 / hr

We are seeking ABA therapists to provide direct services to young children ages 0-3 years old through NYCs Early Intervention Program.

Job Details

Responsibilities Include :

Develop creative programs and activities for children with developmental disabilities in order to improve social and cognitive functions

Encourage the childs participation in in goal-orientated activities

Work closely with families to provide information and skills necessary to enhance the development of the child

Work with families and other service providers to achieve a childs IFSP or EIP goals

Provide services in home, school-based and daycare centers

Daily data collection

Maintain regular progress reports and attend meetings related to the child

Requirements :

Certified in New York State as a Teacher of :

Special Education

Students with Disabilities Birth-2

OR

LMSW / LCSW / RN's

Strong time management and organizational skills

Good technical skills and the ability to learn new databases

Preferred : Bilingual a plus

Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Instruction preferred but will train

Experience working in home-based programs, schools or daycares
