Key Responsibilities
Manage overall program and contract performance, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk
Lead planning and execution activities for the transition to a modernized financial management solution
Build and maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic program objectives
Required Qualifications
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum of 15 years of program or project management experience, preferably in finance, acquisition, or technology
Proven experience managing large federal programs or enterprise-level transformation initiatives
Demonstrated success in implementing complex, cloud-based financial and acquisition management solutions
Strong command of program management methodologies and federal lifecycle processes
