We are looking for the right person to fill the position of field support specialist. Our clients are retired executives, and busy professionals who need an extra set of dependable, experienced, kind, and compassionate hands to care for their aging loved ones in the comfort of their home. Our mission is to allow every older adult to live the fullest life possible wherever they call home, through the delivery of a high-standard, and reliable wellness program that promotes independence and dignity, reduces care costs, and relieves the stress associated with family caregiving.

Preceptor 5 Key Job Duties

On-boarding of new clients- At least the first 1-2 weeks to create the best customer service experience and establish trust. (hours varies depending on client needs)

On-boarding of new staff to the clients

Fill in shifts in events of calls offs, no shows and emergencies.

Administrative / HR- 1-2 day per week to assist with any HR related duties- hiring, updating files, and training

After hours administrative work- on call one week every 3-4 weeks to take calls after office hours and weekends

REQUIRED Duties : It’s a full-time or part-time position with good pay and awesome benefits.

• Someone with a flexible schedule with the ability to be on-call one week every 4-6 weeks.
