Fleet Supervisor - Logistics (Nights) | Springdale, AR Terminal Office

Job Details :

SUMMARY : This position is responsible for leading and directing the Tyson private fleet transportation team to achieve business and financial objectives.

Responsibilities include :

• Driver management.
• On time service management.
• Driver safety management.
• Driver and load problem resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.

3rd Shift : 6 : 00PM - 6 : 00AM.

REQUIREMENTS :

Education : Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year in transportation.

Computer Skills : Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tyson Business Computer Systems, Sale Inventory SAP Transportation, and Warehousing Systems is a plus.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Supervisory : Acts as a team leader, providing functional supervision and training for other team members.

Travel : Occasional domestic trips (1-5 per year).
