Oracle ECM Developer

Mount Laurel NJ - (3 days onsite role)

Client Expectation :

  • Strong hands-on Oracle FCCM ECM customization experience
  • Must have implemented changes not just supported environments

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and modify ECM workflows
  • Build custom UI components
  • Perform product customizations using Oracle assembly framework
  • Integrate ECM workflows with downstream systems
  • Replace work traditionally done by Oracle Consulting (professional services)

    • Mandatory Skills :

  • Oracle FCCM ECM module
  • Advanced PL / SQL
  • Strong understanding of FCCM data model
  • Experience with end-to-end product customization

    • Nice to Have :

  • Prior Oracle Consulting / product-implementation background
  • Exposure to AML domain

    • Explicitly NOT Looking For :

  • L2 / batch support only profiles
  • Incident management or monitoring-only experience
