Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Oversee operations of business units, maintaining responsibility for client accounts.Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.Handle profit and loss responsibilities, budgeting, staffing, and process improvements.Conduct budget analysis and facilitate coordination across clients and personnel.Establish strategic plans and objectives for business units.Oversee RFP and proposal development for new business opportunities.Monitor operational success through objective review.Lead multiple departments, ensuring efficient activity management through subordinates.Maintain relationships with high-ranking state and local government officials.Evaluate current and new project initiatives for effectiveness.Collaborate with clients and project staff to innovate and enhance service delivery.Support the Health Central team with program management operations.Assess resource requirements to meet project milestones.Standardize deliverables for strategy teams and ensure achievement of performance metrics.Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.Experience in outsourcing preferred.Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of complex projects.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Skills in high-level departmental strategy development.Ability to influence executive management decisions.Knowledge of governmental programs and organizational objectives.Expertise in negotiating desired outcomes with clients.Strong understanding of U.S. Health and Human Services market.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Project.10+ years of experience in government contracting and program management.Home Office Requirements :
