Job Responsibilities :

1.     Operate sterilization equipment (PC, HMI) according to validated procedures.

2.     Load products into conveyor and manipulates the interface of the HMI

3.     Unwrap material prior to sterilization cycle.

4.     Load / unload product once the manual line is running.

5.     Monitor and document sterilization cycles, parameters, and outcomes.

6.     Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance.

7.     Maintain accurate records of sterilization batches and logs.

8.     Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.

9.     Identify and report deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.

10.  Support continuous improvement initiatives in sterilization processes.

11.  Sort a rework activity

12.  Maintain working area clean.

13.  Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.

Knowledge and Skills :

Has basic skills training in an analytical / scientific method or operational process

Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.

Ability to perform / operate in a metrics-driven environment.

General computer skills.

Works independently with minimal guidance.

Effective communication skills at a level co-worker.

Minimal required supervision.

Set priorities among multiple tasks.
