• Position Title: Concrete Caulkers

• Hourly Pay Range: $16.00 - $25.00
• Position Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

Job Description:

Caulkers will be responsible for filling and sealing joints, seams, and other gaps in various surfaces, materials, and structures.

Job Duties:

• Sealing and waterproofing seams, joints, cracks, and other openings on various surfaces.
• To ensure a proper seal, use various tools and materials, such as caulking guns, putty knives, and caulk.
• Inspect sealing surfaces for cleanliness, proper alignment, and other factors that affect seal integrity.
• Cleaning, scraping, and preparing surfaces for removing old caulking and mixing and applying caulking compounds.
• Prepare and assemble materials for caulking projects.
• Mix, tint, and apply caulking materials
• Monitor caulking projects to ensure that they meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent verifiable experience.
• Must be able to operate various hand and power tools related to caulking.
• Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Understanding concrete properties, repair techniques, and relevant building codes.
• Follow safety protocols for working at heights, handling hazardous materials, and operating power tools.
• Analyzing complex structural issues and determining the most effective repair solutions.
• Must have proper identification for US employment.
