• Previous experience as a construction estimator or relevant preconstruction role.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building systems across multiple trades.
• Experience creating detailed quantity takeoffs and full‑scope estimates.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with estimating software preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
